On a late Saturday night in October 2015, the life of 30-year-old Rayshon Blow-Herdon was cut short by gunfire in his hometown of Paterson, New Jersey. The male victim was discovered with a fatal gunshot wound at approximately 11:30 p.m. on October 24, 2015, outside a residence on Montgomery Street.
