In the late hours of a Wednesday night in Paterson, New Jersey, the life of 26-year-old Asmar Williams was tragically cut short by gunfire. On June 27, 2018, police responded to the intersection of Fair and Auburn streets around 10:34 p.m. to find Williams lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds.
