In the early morning hours of a Sunday in September 2016, the life of a young man from Paterson, New Jersey, was tragically cut short. Christian Cuevas, a 24-year-old male, was found with gunshot wounds at the intersection of East 19th Street and 17th Avenue. The discovery was made at approximately 4:33 a.m. on September 18th.
