In the autumn of 2016, a life was tragically cut short on the streets of Newark, New Jersey. Michael J. Waters, a 36-year-old male, became the victim of a targeted shooting on the evening of October 31st. The incident unfolded in the 100 block of Ridgewood Avenue, where the assailants' bullets found their mark, leaving Waters with fatal gunshot wounds.
