In the quiet borough of Carteret, New Jersey, the life of 63-year-old Briccio Guevara came to a violent end on December 6, 2016. Returning to his home, he was fatally shot in the entryway. The sound of gunfire prompted neighbors to alert the authorities. Police discovered Guevara at his residence, and he was quickly transported to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Rahway. Tragically, he was pronounced dead shortly after 12:01 a.m.
