In the late hours of a Tuesday evening in Carteret, New Jersey, the life of 23-year-old Evan Blozen was tragically cut short. On March 12, 2024, at approximately 9:57 p.m., the sound of gunfire echoed on Roosevelt Avenue, prompting a swift response from local authorities. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Blozen suffering from gunshot wounds.
He was quickly transported to Raritan Bay Medical Center in Perth Amboy, but despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased.
