In the early morning hours of March 24, 2017, the quiet of a Clayton, New Jersey neighborhood was shattered by the sound of gunfire. Inside a home on Downs Street, 33-year-old Kenneth Bernard Mosley was fatally wounded. Police were dispatched to the residence at approximately 3:38 a.m. following a report of shots fired. Upon their arrival, they discovered Mosley's body; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
