On a tragic Friday afternoon in Neptune, New Jersey, Shaezeel Collins, a 37-year-old male, was fatally shot and killed on September 29, 2017. The incident, which also claimed the life of another man, unfolded on the 500 block of Sayre Street, leaving the community in shock and mourning.
