In the late afternoon hours of a Friday in Neptune, New Jersey, tragedy struck on the 500 block of Sayre Street. On September 29, 2017, 37-year-old Frantz Paraison, a male resident of Neptune, was shot while inside a gray 2004 Acura MDX.
