On the evening of Friday, November 17, 2017, a young man named Tawan J. Moses was found deceased on Throop Avenue, in the vicinity of Feaster Park in New Brunswick, New Jersey. A 25-year-old male from East Orange, Moses had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Police were alerted to the shooting at approximately 8:30 p.m. and, upon arrival, discovered his body.

The Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office, in conjunction with the New Brunswick Police Department, immediately launched an investig ...
