In the winter of 2018, the life of a young woman from Camden, New Jersey, was tragically cut short. On the morning of Sunday, February 4th, 26-year-old Chontay Green was discovered on the 1700 block of Tioga Street. She had been fatally shot. The discovery was made at approximately 9:20 a.m., a time when the city was just beginning to stir.
