In the midst of a violent 19-hour period in Newark, New Jersey, that saw three men killed, 32-year-old Joshua Roche, a Hispanic male, lost his life. On the afternoon of March 12, 2018, at approximately 1:20 p.m., he was fatally shot near the intersection of East Peddie Street and Frelinghuysen Avenue.
