In the early morning hours of October 6, 2018, Hubert Moore Jr., a 37-year-old male, was fatally shot in Burlington, New Jersey. Moore was the front-seat passenger in a vehicle near the intersection of Barclay and York Streets when the incident occurred at approximately 1:30 a.m. An assailant approached the car and fired into the open window, striking Moore.
