In the early morning hours of October 30, 2018, tragedy struck in Paterson, New Jersey, when 25-year-old Patrick Brown was found with multiple gunshot wounds. The young man, known to his loved ones as 'Pedo' or 'Rico,' was discovered lying in the street on East 28th Street, between Park Avenue and 17th Avenue, at approximately 1:09 a.m. His body was near his parked car.
