In a tragic turn of events stemming from a neighborhood dispute, 20-year-old Jason Caudle was fatally shot in Irvington, New Jersey, on August 8, 2019. Caudle, a young father of two, was attempting to act as a peacemaker between his friend and neighbor, 39-year-old Kaizen Crossen, and another individual. The disagreement had been escalating over several days, and Caudle stepped in to try and resolve the conflict peacefully.
