In the late afternoon of a spring day, violence erupted at the corner of West Eighth Street and Grant Avenue in Plainfield, New Jersey. Gunshots echoed through the neighborhood on May 2, 2021, leaving two men wounded. One of them was Michael Price Jr., a 29-year-old male from Dunellen who had grown up in Plainfield.
