In the late evening hours of a warm summer day, the life of 28-year-old Juan Garcia was tragically cut short on a sidewalk in Paterson, New Jersey. On Saturday, July 3, 2021, at approximately 10:02 p.m., police responded to reports of gunfire at 159 Franklin Street.
