I have reviewed the search results. The initial articles from July 2021 provide the core details of Altarik Rushing's death: he was a 27-year-old male shot and killed on Van Vechten Street in Newark on July 13, 2021. The reports also mention a second male victim who was wounded but survived. Crucially, these initial reports state that no arrests had been made and that the investigation was ongoing.
My subsequent searches for updates on arrests or suspects did not yield any new
information directly related to the Altarik Rushing case. The search results provided information about other homicides in Newark and arrests made in those cases, but none of them mentioned Altarik Rushing.
Therefore, based on the available online sources, I have the necessary information to construct the synopsis as requested, which will detail the circumstances of his death and the fact that, according to the latest available reports, no arrests have been made. I can now proceed to write the final response.
