A quiet Saturday morning in Jersey City was shattered by the sound of gunfire on July 24, 2021. In the area of 94 Grant Avenue, Raquan Bass, a 26-year-old male, was found suffering from gunshot wounds. The initial call reporting the shots came in at approximately 11:00 a.m., prompting a swift response from the Jersey City Police Department. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Bass with injuries to his upper body. He was rushed to the Jersey City Medical Center for emergency treatment.
