In the fading afternoon light of October 22, 2021, tragedy struck in a Camden, New Jersey neighborhood. Lamont Demby, a 28-year-old male, found his life abruptly cut short in a burst of gunfire. The fatal encounter occurred around 3:21 p.m. near the intersection of Jackson Street and Warsaw Street. Responding officers discovered Demby suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
