On the evening of July 20, 2022, a tragic event unfolded on the 300 block of Clinton Avenue in Newark, New Jersey. Ronhazim Skipper, a 48-year-old male, was walking with his young child when he was fatally shot. The incident occurred at approximately 6:53 p.m., prompting a swift response from Newark Police.
