William Jedrzejek, a 22-year-old resident of Clinton Township, Michigan, tragically lost his life on January 15, 2006. The incident occurred outside the Post Bar in Clinton Township, where Jedrzejek was fatally shot. According to reports, he was attempting to act as a "good Samaritan" by calming a dispute among individuals leaving the bar when he was shot.
