In the late summer of 2014, the life of James Foxhall, a 42-year-old man, was tragically cut short in a violent encounter in Detroit. On the evening of August 15th, Foxhall was in the parking lot of a splash park located in Palmer Park when he was fatally shot multiple times. An autopsy would later confirm that his death was a result of the multiple gunshot wounds he sustained.
