Raphael Hall, a 60-year-old deacon from Detroit, Michigan, was tragically killed on February 26, 2018. Hall, along with his daughter Cierra Bargaineer, 24, and another church member, Kristin Thomas, 21, were shot at a Sunoco gas station on Detroit's west side.
