A tragic and violent chain of events unfolded on a Monday morning in Detroit, forever altering the lives of several families. Raphael Hall, a 60-year-old deacon, was at a Sunoco gas station on the city's west side when his life was abruptly cut short. On February 26, 2018, while he was pumping gas, a man approached him and opened fire.
