Dimetrius Reed, a 17-year-old from Inkster, Michigan, was tragically shot and killed on the night of December 29, 2014. The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. at the intersection of Beech and Harriet streets. Reed was found lying in the street next to a bicycle, having been shot multiple times. The Michigan State Police and the Inkster Police Department launched an investigation into the shooting, urging anyone with information to come forward.
