In the winter of 2015, the life of 15-year-old Marcus Hill was tragically cut short on the west side of Detroit. On the evening of January 7th, Hill was near a Family Dollar store when he was fatally shot. The incident left the community shaken and searching for answers. Responding to the violence, law enforcement began an investigation that would soon lead to a person of interest.
