Alan Dale Nelson, an 80-year-old resident of Stanton, MI, was tragically murdered on March 29, 2015. His body was discovered in his home on Nevins Lake in Sidney Township the following day. Nelson had been shot in the head and chest with a .22-caliber rifle, which had been stolen from another home in the area on the same night as the murder.
