In a quiet home in Franklin, Michigan, a day of innocence and play turned into a scene of unimaginable tragedy. Jonathan Mason Kaufman, a bright-eyed, three-year-old Caucasian boy, lost his life on June 28, 2015, in a devastating accident that highlighted the critical importance of firearm safety.
