Thomas Belanger, an 11-year-old boy from Alba, Michigan, tragically passed away on July 23, 2015. According to reports, Thomas, affectionately known as "Tom Tom," was playing with his 14-year-old brother, Ashten, in their grandparents' yard when the incident occurred.
