Tre Quan Jones, a 20-year-old resident of Flint, Michigan, tragically passed away on July 31, 2015. According to his obituary, he died at Hurley Medical Center in Flint. The circumstances surrounding his death were particularly tragic, as he was not the intended target of the violence that claimed his life.
