Sultan Rahman-Rahim Brewster II, a 23-year-old resident of Flint, Michigan, tragically lost his life on March 17, 2019. Known affectionately as "Manny" by his family and friends, Sultan was shot and killed early that Sunday morning near the intersection of 13th and Saginaw Streets in Flint. Officers responding to the scene found him with a single gunshot wound from a handgun. Despite being transported to the hospital, Sultan was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
