Donquel Lamar Jackson, a 23-year-old from Flint, Michigan, tragically passed away on September 4, 2017. Born on December 13, 1993, Donquel was a resident of Flint and had attended Hamady High School before enlisting in the United States Army in 2013. He served his country until his untimely death.
