Christopher Otto Jr., a 31-year-old resident of Durand, Michigan, tragically lost his life on April 3, 2023, in Flint Township. The incident occurred on Interstate 75 near Miller Road, where Otto was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds inside a vehicle.
