On a cold January day in 2016, the life of 53-year-old James Ngoc Nguyen was tragically cut short in Inkster, Michigan. On January 31st, Nguyen, a male engineer and devoted father of four, was found shot in his car off Magnolia near Michigan Avenue and Inkster Road. He was a man known for his self-sacrificing nature, always putting the needs of his four children and spouse above his own.
