On a spring day in Flint, Michigan, the life of 25-year-old Ajayi Herbert McGuire was brought to a violent and tragic end. On May 21, 2016, the young Black / African American man was shot and killed while at his job at a car wash in the city. The incident sent shockwaves through the community and left his family devastated. McGuire was rushed to Hurley Medical Center, but tragically, his injuries proved to be fatal.
