Frederick Austin, a 14-year-old boy from Detroit, Michigan, tragically lost his life on June 7, 2016. The incident occurred behind a vacant house on Radnor Street on Detroit's east side. According to reports, Frederick was with a group of friends, including a 13-year-old boy who was allegedly his best friend. The boys were playing with a handgun when the 13-year-old accidentally discharged the weapon, striking Frederick in the head.
