Naethon Darnel Sims, a 17-year-old from Muskegon, Michigan, tragically lost his life on June 18, 2016. The incident occurred in the 900 block of East Isabella in Muskegon around 8 p.m. According to reports, an argument preceded the shooting that resulted in Sims's death. Witnesses testified that Sims was shot in the back and, after he fell, was shot again by the assailant. The shooting also left Sims's brother and a friend wounded.
