Lori Evans, a 45-year-old woman from Joshua, Texas, tragically passed away on January 4, 2014, at a Fort Worth hospital. Born on June 20, 1968, in Phillipsburg, Pennsylvania, Lori was the daughter of Robert and Gloria Eminhizer Zelenky. She is survived by her husband, George Womack, and her children, Ashley Wedeman and Jared Packard.
