In the late hours of a Saturday night, the life of 20-year-old Laquwan Kwame Frazier, a Black / African American male from Eastpointe, Michigan, was tragically cut short. On July 23, 2016, inside a home located on the 29000 block of Fairfax Street in Southfield, Frazier was fatally shot.
