Kentera Wafer, a 31-year-old resident of Saginaw, Michigan, tragically passed away on August 9, 2016. Kentera was a beloved mother, daughter, and sister, known for her vibrant personality and dedication to her family. She attended Saginaw Public Schools and graduated from Saginaw High School in 2003.
