In the early hours of a summer morning in Saginaw, Michigan, the life of 21-year-old Chynna N. Thompson was tragically cut short. On Saturday, June 20, 2020, Thompson was fatally shot in an incident on the city's East Side that also left three other individuals wounded. The Saginaw Police Department responded to the scene, and the investigation was later turned over to the Michigan State Police.
