On a tragic day in Flint, Michigan, the lives of two brothers were cut short in a violent encounter. Francisco Javier Sanchez, a 28-year-old Hispanic male, and his 32-year-old brother, Valentin Sanchez, were found deceased on September 25, 2016. The brothers were discovered in a home located on the 2200 block of Kansas Avenue on the city's east side, both having suffered fatal gunshot wounds.
