Rachel Renee Duncan, a 25-year-old woman from Charlotte, Michigan, tragically lost her life on March 26, 2018, in a murder-suicide incident at the Jo-Ann Fabrics store in Lansing Township. Rachel was shot multiple times by her ex-boyfriend, Timothy Patrick Olin, who then turned the gun on himself.
