Derek L. Roberts, aged 34, was tragically killed on May 13, 2018, at a Citgo gas station on West McNichols Road in Detroit, Michigan. The incident occurred when Roberts, who worked as a truck driver, approached the counter to make a purchase. An argument ensued between Roberts and the gas station clerk, Rami Ali Jaber. During the altercation, Jaber fired shots at Roberts' chest, despite Roberts being unarmed. Roberts was subsequently taken to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. ...Read More
