In the early hours of a Sunday morning in May 2018, tragedy struck a neighborhood in River Rouge, Michigan, forever altering the lives of one family. Three-year-old Jamar Lee Quinn Jr., a young boy, was sleeping peacefully in his home on Campbell Street when the sound of gunfire shattered the night.
