Jamar Lee Quinn Jr., a 3-year-old boy from River Rouge, Michigan, tragically lost his life on May 20, 2018, as a result of a drive-by shooting. Jamar was asleep in his home when gunfire erupted, striking him in the head. The incident occurred around 2:45 a.m. on Campbell Street. Despite being rushed to the hospital and receiving critical care, Jamar succumbed to his injuries the following day.
