In the summer of 2018, a family in Muskegon, Michigan, was irrevocably altered by a tragic event that unfolded within their own home. On the afternoon of August 20th, 14-year-old Kahmyah Robertson was fatally wounded by a gunshot. The devastating incident was determined to be an accidental shooting that occurred at the hands of her 16-year-old brother, Marcus Johnson.
