James Newman, a 17-year-old from Inkster, Michigan, tragically lost his life on February 28, 2019, in Dearborn Heights. The incident occurred around 1:30 a.m. on the 24700 block of Lehigh, where Newman and a 16-year-old from Dearborn Heights, Daylon Wooten, were involved in a dispute.
