He was a student at Flex High School and maintained employment at a local McDonald's. Beyond his work and studies, he was an active member of Kingdom of Heaven Ministries, where he contributed by ushering, cleaning the church, and assisting in the sound room. His personal life was filled with a passion for football, playing video games, and spending time with his close friends and family, who remembered him as a sweet and loving individual.
The tragedy for the family was compounded by the death of Jajuan's grandmother, Alison Looney, who passed away just two hours after he did on the same day. He was survived by his parents, several siblings including brothers James and Scott Gill, and sisters Nyesha Demps, Nyajah, and LeRonda Relerford, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Services were held in his honor at Kingdom of Heaven Ministries, and he was laid to rest at Sunset Hills Cemetery.
