A promising life was tragically cut short in the early morning hours of Sunday, October 27, 2019, when 22-year-old Tayveon Donell Williams of Jackson, Michigan, was killed in a shooting at a house party in Lansing. The male victim, born on August 8, 1997, was a graduate of Jackson High School where he had been a stand-out basketball player.
