In the quiet of an April evening in 2020, the life of David Lee Holmes, a 49-year-old male from the Flint area, was brought to a violent and tragic end. On the evening of April 20th, in a home located in the 11000 block of Hill Road in Gaines Township, near Swartz Creek, Michigan, a dispute escalated into a fatal shooting.
